HOUSE OF BOHEM

House of Bohem was conceived as a beachfront venue on Cleopatra Beach, Alanya - one identity that can carry the day’s shifting moods from morning calm to night energy. The concept draws on bohemian cultures and a nomadic sense of lightness, inviting guests to slow down and stay present; “Be here now” became the project’s emotional compass. Mediterranean light is paired with tactile layers - timber, reed, stone textures, cool textiles and handcrafted details - to create a relaxed atmosphere with a quiet glow.

The key challenge was to let four modes coexist within one footprint -beach lounge and bistro by day, fine dining by night, and an event/party setting when needed- without the space feeling reassembled each time. A clear circulation and service spine, together with flexible configurations (50 tables, a 30-seat bar, and 100 sunbeds), allows the layout to recompose as density and rhythm change. Daytime comfort is shaped through shade, breeze and touchable surfaces; in the evening, the bar focus and lighting scenarios lead the same spaces into a more social stage. A continuous linear mural runs through the venue as a signature thread - guiding movement, tying indoor and outdoor layers together, and anchoring the project’s “bohemian, yet refined” identity.
